I'm Amanda Dougherty, a Learning & Development professional with roots in both secondary education and corporate training.

I started my career teaching middle and high school social studies, then brought those classroom skills into the corporate world where I've designed learning programs, supported onboarding, and managed performance in fast-paced environments. I'm skilled in Articulate 360, LMS administration, and applying adult learning principles to build engaging, performance-driven solutions.

At the heart of everything I do is a genuine care for meeting learners where they are. I love charting their wins as they grow more comfortable in their new knowledge and watching that confidence build over time.

As a lifelong learner and avid over-organizer, I'm always exploring new ways to make training meaningful, scalable, and empowering.
