OBJECTIVE:
Working with the routing team, create an interactive module that introduces the learner to using an online portal to route freight. This course has been deployed as review for current team members, and is included in the on-boarding curriculum of new team hires.
OUTCOME:
I created an Articulate Rise course to review and challenge the learner to generate appropriate air rates. Articulate Storyline was utilized to create demo videos as well as
interactive, fill-in-the-blank knowledge checks. I wanted to focus on the daily action each learner would be expected to perform as well as provide them with a step-by-step guide to lean on as needed.
